For over a few months i've been putting money into a savings account with Capitec bank. When i went to check how much money i have saved all the money was gone from the account. It was about R14 000 according to my knowlegde. When i went in to the bank to check the account and asked them where the money was, no one wanted to assist me in telling me what is wrong on my account and where the money was. It is been over a month now and still no assistance or call to me.
