Poor service from call centre`agents`

I phoned the call centre this afternoon to cancel to be cut off two amounts on my card that were processed erroneously. The first`agent ` said that I had to try another phone no after trying the same number this morning being attended to properly. Then I phoned the number that that`agent` gave me. I had to wait 15 minutes before being attended to only to be cut off by the second `agent` at the end of the call before the transaction was completed.
