I lost my car keys and called my insurance at 8:20 approximately, completed a claim, got the quote, faxed it through spoke to inurance again for towing my car and then suddenly I started to struggle, constantly calling, being puton hold, being cut of, I will not be surprised if I spent almost two hours or more in total on my cellphone onlyto hear at almost half past 11 that my insurance do not cover lost keys. this is not my first time of struggling. I hadto do it privately which took ten minutes... now that was service. But why does a person have insurance and then get not good service. I am tired of hearing the on hold song and I am tired of just being cutof. This was extremely poor service and I will be looking for a new insurance. No one wants all this trouble. What do I pay you for!
