Cellphone Claim

On the 6th of June 2013 I took in a cellphone claim at foschini clearwater mall, Finerite has had me on a run around from that day to date, i keep calling them and they promise to inquire and call me back but it never happened, store in jhb were called and all stores under Foschini didnt have the fone, I drove to Standerton and requested that they check the fone there, Bernard said he will find out and call me back im here in standerton and still waiting for the call. I call again this morning and spoke to Michael and he said he would call me back after finding out if stores under foschini in standerton have the fone and im still waiting, i call back and Joshua says Michael said he must tell me that standerton doesnt have the fone, I ask whats to happen now and he answer theres nothing we can do mam you must just wait till the stores have the fone.
So this is what you getting after paying up your premium on a monthly basis. Foschini isurance is just the worst ever.
So I continue to wait for a fone, im disgusted by the consultants attitude and the kind of hassle for a claim.
