I am a new client of Auto & General and can with out a doubt say that I have never had such SHOCKING non existent service from any insurance company before. to be able to get hold of the call centre is a mission and a half. When I send through a mail, I get told to call, when I call, I hold on FOREVER and just cannot afford the cell costs. I have wanted to put in a claim now for over a week and a half. no one is getting back to me. I guess its because I have to put in a claim! I don't expect to get a call back. but I do expect them to take my money at the end of every month. I should have listened to the hundreds of people who warned me against auto and general!
