Home loan problems

6 months ago I applied for a loan at standard bank. I had a R200 000 excess bond loan and applied for a additional R400 000. It took them 4 months to give me the loan after several queries and when I received the loan it was only for R400 000 and not the R600 000 witch it should've been. I queried, and they said I must apply again for the R200 000 and then the R400 000 will be stopped until both were approved. I wrote them a letter with all my complaints and after several phone calls I haven't received any feedback from anyone. Just empty promises and transferring from one person to another with no outcome. I'm a client for 40years already and the way treated me is unacceptable and at this stage I am fed up and strongly consider changing banks. Yesterday I phone SA Home loans in Cape Town when they stop my home loan without any communication, they said they will come back at lunch time, no calls received. This morning I phoned again and they said I must go to Vredenburg Branch witch is 40km away. I phoned Vredenburg Branch this morning and still waiting on a promised feedback phone call from them witch also did not happen.
