On the 25 June a client of auto and general bumped into my car and she promised to let the insurance company know to fix the car, a day later i got an sms from her claiming it was my fault and she wont fix it- i decided to go the legal route since i do not have insurance on my car. sherrifs sent letters to her and in the meantime i decided to fix the car myself since it was badly damaged on the side of the passenger door. fair enough she came back to her senses and reffered me to her insurance company @ the 3rd party dpt! i called her insurance company and they requested documents to be faxed from my side and i did that. i had to fax them 4 times until they admitted that they did get the documents. a proof of payment was faxed an invoice of R2600 and the insuranc sent confirmation that they will only pay R1300 because their company law stated so!!! what? i feel if i had insurance NONE of this broad daylight would happen since they know how to sort each other out- i feel they taking advantage because we are private people and this is truly a story of "FACING THE GIANTS"!!! i am tired of fighting with their clients who started off being dishones and now their INSURANCE???
