I am reporting the extreme condescending nature of the woman handling the electronic selections when calling 0860123000! 1st of all there is no general query option, even though they call this the general query number. Then when you dont make a selection (because none of the things she offers is what you want to talk about) she has this rude attitude towards you not making a selection, but she doesnt offer me the selection i want!! all i want is to talk to someone at my branch to hear what time they close tomorrow, but this "lovely"lady doesnt even want to let me know that! i think it's high time that this lady is fired, otherwise Standard Bank customers will be making like Steve and going to FNB...
