I was in in the process of changing my bank to FNB as the service I received at Fordsburg branch, is just Rubbish, till to day after loosing my cheque and this lovely lady who went all out to helping to get the funds credited, I could see that she was not getting much of help from her fellow colleagues as all of them seemed not knowing what to do, but she did not mind making about 10 calls to help me. she is just the best, the service she offered, is just out of this world, she really deserve a promotion, because of her passion in people.
