Wonderpark Standard bank must ne one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I had to return twice to the branch to sort out my Ucount details as they have a number on there I have not used since 2003. We went in again today after trying to change where the OTP gets sent after 3 visits to the branch. Demanded to speak to the Branch Manager and tried to explain to her that we have been there 3 times to have the OTP number changed to another cell phone. We also had to pay SARS R70000 as our limit was reached on our Business account. She was very condescending and unapologetic. It is fine, January I will move my personal account, business and trust account away from Standard bank.
