Since Dec 2012 I have been talking to Branch Managers, general inquiries, sales. even Nkululeko Sithole...

AND NOTHING!!! Still not received my copy of a personal loan contract. For those of Standard Bank who doesn't know, I need that copy for the Ombudsman to prove that as a Standard bank customer (bank then) you gave me a personal loan at an illegal interest rate!!! And after still not receiving my copy of contract, you have the audacity to tell me i owe you money. I left the bank, switched to FNB. and still no help, you are useless!!!
If i do call you, you keep switching me to another branch, or someone else to talk you, and every time suddenly the phone gets cut off. WOW!!! You should close your bank because your lack of service, professionalism and general knowledge is PATHETIC!!!
Lucky for me, the Ombudsman will get a copy of this right after i hit the send button! and im sure they will sort it out! I WANT A SETTLEMENT LETTER, AND MY CONTRACT
