Don't get any assistance with my claim

I submitted claim on the 28/11/2013, got sms with my claim ref no and asked to send photos. Submitted photos on the 02/12/2013. On the 04/12/21013 I received a call from call centre letting me know that they have not forgotten about me but had a high number of claims but will get to me. I raised my concern that panelbeaters are closing for holidays and I will need my car fixed before then. Nombulelo was allocated to handle my claim but till then I had not talked to her. On the 06/12/2013 I sent an email to her as my car was falling apart because i was driving it with loose parts, asked her to prioritise my claim and reminded her the panelbeaters will be closing. She asked me on which day did i take my car for assessment meanwhile she has never told me that, I asked where should I take it and she never responded. On 09/12/2013 i emailed her again as i cannot phone her directly and she told me my claim no is incorrect and she could not trace my claim. I copied my sms so she can have all the details and she called me to say I can take my car to the panelbeater in NW whilst i am in the NC province. Have given her quotations but she never gets back to me, still waiting and is the 11/12/2013
