Harassing clients

I have been a client of RCS for years. Paid regularly, and for a while had a problem. Then caught up and went back to normal. Due to pay cuts and loss of commission, I was unable to pay my full account the past three months, BUT I DID MAKE REGULAR PAYMENTS. Now I get daily calls, which I am apparently charged for. After I kept on explaining that I will catch up, the moment I receive my commission. At this moment I am being harassed daily, even though I still make monthly payment
