Being harassed for payment that has been done

These people are really pushing me to far. They are harassing us on a daily basis with sms's and calls. The amount of R400 has been paid on the 29th April 2013 and my husband sent them proof of payment. Then they started with the sms's, adding interest and calling me all the time. My husband has sent the proof of payment about 5 or 6 times via email or fax (number that they provide). It seems that nobody checks the mails or the fax machine, maybe they can't read. If this harassment don't stop now we will report them to the consumer commission. I have never experienced such incompetents.
