No feedback on commission of broker issue

On the 23 Nov 2012 I emailed PPS regarding the fact that I have been paying commission to a broker that has not been my broker for years. As I've no broker and I am dealing with PPS personally regarding the policy I should not pay commission. I also enquired regarding the commission paid in the past to be refunded. The only reply I basically got was it will be forwarded to the Commission Query's. And in the mean time I am still paying commission?
