Made a payment arrangement, still harassed daily

I am at my wits end with this sorry excuse of a company. I made a payment arrangement months ago and kept to it religiously, yet I am still being harassed with calls and smses on a daily basis. Every time I explain VERY SLOWLY and Patiently to the harasser that I did make a payment arrangement and they can check all 80 other times when I said this to them, just to get a call the next day!

What must I do to actually get through to your company???
