No understanding of annual installments

I have an annual installment on my home loan, which I usually pay in June of every year. For the past few years, whenever I have made a payment, ABSA Bank starts harassing me to make monthly payments of R40 000.
They send me SMSs, threatening letters and make harassing phone calls. Last year this went on until November. This year they have started again to harass me for monthly payments, while my payment is only an annual one. There is just no way that I can make them understand that I owe them nothing.
