WORSE ON SERVICE DELIVERY AND FEEDBACK

Indwe broker is the worse broker that you can ever want to insure your belongings with, it takes them two weeks for an assessor to approve a claim. I was involved in an accident on the 23rd of January, it took them two days to arrange a courtesy car and you hold for morethan 30 minutes on the line waiting for a consultant to assist. i have left messages on their phone and nobody bothered to return my calls. I think its better for them to disable the functionality of customers living message because nobody care to listem. I have submmitted all the required information on time (accident number, quotation from panel beaters) and they havent approve to date. Im so frustrated because i have the rental car until friday and i dont know what will happen after friday because they havent even given the panel beaters a go ahead to fix the car.
