Tc Panel Beaters
Poor slow service

My car set for almost 4 weeks at Budget insurance assessment centre for assesment after an accident and was only approved after all checks which took 4 weeks (takes 2 minutes to sign up and get cover and they debit u immediately) thereafter was sent to there approved panel beaters TC panelbeaters in Sandton, worst customer service ever, apparently my car (now there for 2 weeks) still waiting for parts. I can get the parts for them and drop it off now, its a VW how difficult will that be. Still nothing done to date after 10 working days or 2 weeks, Its now 6 weeks without a car, TC panel beaters and budget simply don't care, they don't know what service is and as such I would highly recommend that no one uses either of these two companies for their services or products. U will cry in anguish and be made to suffer. Lindiwe from TC panel beaters is even more worse . she doesnt give a, doenst call the clients with feedback and never anwswers calls and simply doenst know what customer service is?
