Disappointed with the claims department

My wife was involved in a collision on 23 July 2013 at around 07H30. We reported the accident and made a claim on the same day (Claim # 00069623*001*006) and the car was towed to Lyndhurst ARC. I received the repairs cost estimate later on that day still and I in turn forwarded it to my broker Irma Payne of Indwe in Bloemfontein. I sent the completed claim forms and all the required documents to her on 24 July 2003 and a courtesy vehicle was arranged for me to pick up later on that day.
My car is still at the panel-beaters as I write this and the indication is that I'll only get it back in 3 weeks due to them awaiting parts from Germany. I took the panel-beaters to task regarding this but they in turn say they only got authorisation from Indwe on 14 August 2003 to go ahead with the repairs which is just over 3 weeks from the day they received and quoted on my car. I find the delay from Indwe Risk claims dept. in authorising my claim has prejudiced me in that now I'm expected to return the rental before I get mine back from Lyndhurst ARC. I feel very disgruntled with Indwe as I feel they should extend my rental with the 3 weeks it took them to authorise the repairs.
