I have reported the bad service i got from Nedbank and up to date nobody ever came back to me with the feedback or some sought of solution on the complaint i had. I got a statndard respond saying they still investigating and a consultant will call me within 48hrs. I haven't had anything from any of the Nedbank consultant.
