Dont buy Cell C data bundles never arrive

Purchased a Cell C data bundle from Nedbank App on the 5 / 11 /2013. Transaction successful ref: 20131105/Nedbank000000000361795149. At 7:30 am 6/11/2013 no dataactivation. Spoke to Monica at 7:35 ref 65523536. promised would be called back to sort out the problem as the transaction was good, advised call Cell C and they would do the same. Called Cell C ref 3110600255 and they made a similar promised, still no call. Called Cell C again spoke to Onka ref 1311060000424266 they informed the transaction with Nedbank failed and should deal with them.
Called Nedbank again still investigating and would call back, they called back at 17:37 -8/11/2013 first time ever but still waiting for my data bundle or money back, they cannot do that as they still investigating the matter.
Nedbank's systems fail, we must bear the consequence. That is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had in my life.
Now who will pay me for all the time I have spent on the phone calling them. First call 20 minutes, second call 45 minutes only trying to get what I had paid for.
Have to investigate a new bank that will give me what I paid for.
NEDBANK NEVER ADMIT THEIR FAILURES OR FIXES THEM. ASK ONCE, ASK ONCE.
