Sometime last month, i received a call fromXOLANI from Liberty (andile is his boss), on this number 0114084340.He was selling me Life cover. As they always do, he told me about the product he was selling, all the benefits and what not. He then asked for my banking details, foolishly enough i gave him. Bare in mind that he didnt run a quote for me i would think thats what insurances do in order to determine whether a client can afford the premium or not, and structure the the policy in a way suits the clients's needs, BUT HE DIDNT.After all that i told him that i CANNOT take out a policy as yet, because my wife and child are not SA citezens as yet, we are busy sorting out their documents. I thought he understood that, obviously NOT.Fast forward to today, at 6am i get an sms from my bank saying that R400 has been debited from my account, by Liberty Ref: 043314222717.How the can i accept such a expensive policy, when i earn R1500 a month? Now i cant pay rent let alone buy food for my family, just cuz some guy wants commission. I work to put food on my family's table, not to enrich LIBERTY
I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACC, i will seek legal advise regarding this. Thats and you know it.
