Car was involved in accident on the 06/12/2012.The car was a write off, its now going for two months and claim has not been settles, I must always take the initiative to phone the brokers everyday to receive feedback, I must contact the bank to follow up on documents. ITs a freaking joke, but come to debiting my account they first class. You make buying another car a nightmare. The insurance company is SANTAM which sits back and reaps the benefits. Will definately be cancelling all my insurance with these people. Pathethic and dissapointed.
