No feedback on settlement of debt

Our client had a vehicle financed through Wesbank. The vehicle was written off after an accident. The insurance was notified. All claim documents was sent to Wesbank. The final settlement amount as per the settlement letter was done on the 18th of February 2013. The client is Korean and the call centre people were not very helpful to assist. I am the client's insurance brokers and as I acted on behalf of the Insurer Santam, I also assisted the client to follow up on the settlement of the account. After a month, many phonecalls en emails the account is still open and 2 premiums have been deducted from the client's acoount after all outstanding amounts were settled. With my last request on a follow up, I received no feedback and I am quite fed up. In the meantime the client bought a new vehicle and again financed it through Wesbank. The service is to say the least pathethic.
I hope to receive a response timeously.
