I went to the bank today just to do a simple transfer cause it exceeds my monthly EFT limit, I wait in this long line, when it was my turn this consultant by the name of Riyaad Bailey, who asked me where the huge deposits comes from in my account and then ask his team leader to check if what I'm saying is true, then I sign the document and he then say to me my signatures differ from what is on the system, he gets done tells me to wait, he comes to me and says its done, I ask him if his gonna apologize for treating me like a criminal, says no I didn't I was doing my job, I then told him I've done this before and never was I treated like this, he then gave me a by the way "sorry" so I said no I'm not happy with that, I'm gonna put a complaint in, he then hands me the complains book so casually like he doesn't care really, is this the type of people that standard bank employs, this is a direct reflection of how standard bank treats their customers and it says " We treats all our customers like criminals", I demand a proper formal apology
