Horrible Customer Service from Manage

At the Bracken City FNB branch this morning, I was left waiting at the front of the line for service for a little over an hour. This was due to a poor manager leaving only two people working, one of which was a trainee, Thabang Mosea. When I eventually got help, I had cause to complain to the manager. The manager, Lynette, showed terribly poor customer relations, not caring about any single one of the many customers waiting for service. She treated me poorly and I am not happy. The trainee, Thabang Mosea, quickly resolved the matter with me however, showing true initiative and much more respect for customers than his 'superior', Lynette. I think the whole branch would be run better by that trainee than such a poor manager.
