Swearing at trainee in front of custome

I went in to buy some lunch today. Got to the counter after waiting for ages (Training), which I don't mind terribly. Trainee rang up and made an error (Don't mind either). Called the store manager to assist. When the store manager got there, she didn't even greet me and said J____S Chr__T. Bitterly disappointing. Last time I was there she (manager) was ringing up some lunch on her staff discount and there were only 2 tellers operating. The other had a pensioner with a trolley full of goods. There were about 5 of us waiting for the manager to ring up a whole host of things instead of her doing after the rush. I am afraid that there isn't much hope in the way of Verwoerd park's branch right now. It seems like things are very lax in that particular store and I am sorry to say that I will not be going to any Woolworths in future as a result of today in particular. Just not good enough.
