My wife has insured our car at outsurance.outsurance send us to an inspection centre.after the inspection was completed they said they Will fax it to outsurance, as outsurance makes use of there services.after a couple of weeks outsurance contacted us regarding the inspection.it was not filled in correctly for the person who have not stated on the inspection form that the car has no alarm anti hijack, motion sensor ets that falls under a level 4 alarm.and that it has a aircon, no mags as it had mags.so we had to go back and do the inspection over.they apologised and said the person was training. Hallo so why did no one assist the person in the inspection .after inspection we went through the list to check if everything was correct.why do the client need to check to, so why does outsurance use the inspection centre if they havnt done there own home work regarding the inspection centres capabilities. After a coupl of days, outsurance send txt messages they need the inspection sertificate, after whe have spend hours trying to resolve the issue, outsurance said they have recieved it.weeks later same storie.outsurance dont know what they want or doing, time to change insurance.
