Phoned them just to quote and they debit my acc

I was in the process of buying a motorcycle, and I phoned outsurance for a quote, they quoted me -R320 witch was subject to a inspection at glass fit. I then contacted my brokers and got a beter deal on my existing insurance and so I never took the bike for inspection. The next moth my bank account was debited for R600.93.I phoned them and explained the whole story and they agreed to refund me if I send them a letter from my insurancethat states that the bike is insured by Securitas. I send them the letter and after many emails asking them to refund the money they refunded R157.61. Never phone them for a quote they steel your money!
