Unsuccesfully trying to cancel building insurance

On the 10th of January I sent an email to [Email Removed] to request cancellation of our building insurance on our bond with the necessary documentation of the new insurer. 10 days later on the 20th January they sent me an email saying the new insurance had been declined and gave me reasons which I forwarded to the new insurer. The new insurer then sent me documentation to counter what was being declined. I then forwarded it immediately back to hocvetting and have received no communication since then. I have tried in vain to phone the call centre to follow up but sit on the line for over 30 minutes and still get no where. I have even sent follow up emails but no one is getting back to me. Now I have taken out new insurance which will go off at the end of the month and the old policy is still not cancelled hence I will probably be expected to pay double now. I think this is totally unprofessional and I want this policy cancelled now before the end of the month
