Outsurance
Outsurance confusing their conditions of cove

Business & Finance

I have 3 vehicles covered under my policy:

car #1: Went for inspection when I added it years ago. My latest schedule says cover is conditional on inspection.
car #2: When I added it, the agent said no inspection necessary, and schedule has no inspection condition (rightly so)
car #3: When I added it, the agent said no inspection necessary, but my latest schedule says cover is conditional on inspection! Yet the original schedule I received after I first added it, didn't have the inspection condition.

Outsurance are really confused about this. Please sort it out ASAP. My fear of course, is that they will use this as an excuse to not pay out if there was a claim...
