Transferred 4 times!!!

I called in to make payment arrangements for my loan acc. Each time I spoke to someone, I was transeferred as I was told I was at the in-correct place. Calling from my cellphone and waiting for more than 15 mintues is ridiculous. should you not want my payment, then that suits me fine. Sort your call centre staff out!
I just want account number, branch code, name of account so that I can make monthly payments of R250 into.
