Payment made on 29 July 2013

I was notified of an amount of R164 via sms on 17 July 2013 and i called to understand and make the payment arrangement that i will pay that amount at the end of July and i paid that amount on 29 July 2013 i i forgot to include the Reference number but i called same day to fix that and i spoke to John he said yes they got the money and i should also send the proof of payment i did on [Email Removed] and called again to make sure if the account was closed someone said i should stop calling and ignore those messages

i got a message from ITC i called them and spoke to 'Thenjiwe Xhontelo she said its ok she will make follow up and i should send the same email to [Email Removed] and copy her on
( ' ) i did and called her again she said everything is fine my account will be close

Today 23/01/2014 got a message i have been handed over to SCS/L Marks Ref: V2468578 i called they explained and i also stated the above information they said they don't know but i should pay R250

please help what should i do i have about 10 emails communicating with ITC and Lancet
