Both my daughter and myself have an account with YDE, for a number of years. Never we either of us missed a payment. My daughter recently lost her job. I sent an email (which is stated on the account) advising of such that she will not be able to pay her account as she is without an income and looking or work. I am a single parent and unfortunately cannot help her with her payments, unless I make short payments on my account. She has subsequently found another job, which I have advised on this email and that she will be able to make payment in August. She receives up to 3 phone calls a day from YDE call centre harassing her for payment. She has to repeat the same circumstances every time. This is EXTREMELY embarasing and this happens during the day with her new employer.

PLEASE EMPLOY MORE EXPERIENCED STAFF ON YOUR CALL CENTRE WHO CAN MAKE NOTES ON ACCOUNTS AND STOP CALLING A PERSON 3 TIMES A DAY.
