6 weeks and waiting for feedback

Mid Dec 2013 I received my updated schedule for 2014, I phone the call centre and requested some changes and asked to confirm when and how much would be due for my annual payment. I thought that 6 weeks would be more than enough time to get everything sorted out. We must be at least 10 phone calls later (at least 5 hours in total) and at least the same amount of promises to resolve the issues and yet we seem to be no closer to getting the info requested from MiWay. We now have a week till I think payment is due but without the correct policy, there is no way I'm going to make any funds available for your debit order. Please let me add, the staff at the call centre are fantastic and friendly but lack the ability to resolve anything that falls outside the norms. They can only refer to "so called managers" who fail to come back to you.
PLEASE!!! can a senior member of staff take it upon themselves to look into the problems on this policy and give me the required feedback.
