No Feedback after 2 weeks, then they deduct money

On 2013/11/22 - MiWay sent me updated Policy documents for the month of January, showing a premium increase of R209, 93 - bringing my total monthly premium to R1199

On 2013/11/27 - I lodged a query via Miway's online system, requesting a re-evaluating of my car insurance policy, as there was a heavy increase starting from January - which seems excessive - Ref: 1385536877000

On 2013/12/11 (2 weeks with no feedback)- I called Miway to demand a response to the query lodged on the 11/27 - I was advised that a senior manager would look into the reevaluation of my insurance policy, and send me updated documents

On 2013/12/14 - Without any notification, Miway deducted R112.93 from my account - Transaction Ref Miwaycolle2560195500. During the above phone call on the 11th, I asked that my insurance be reevaluated, and I would make a discision once I received the updated documents, no agreement was otherwise made - this deduction was therefore illegal.
