Horrific customer service

Removal company damaged R103, 000 worth of our furniture during storage/move end of Nov 2013. Insurers were meant to give us a resolution in 10 days - we are still waiting nearly 2 months down the line! We were given an offer of 25000 after 3 wks which we refused - why pay insurance if u will be given 1/4 back! Since then I have had to send emails on daily basis to badger the insurers as they fail to reply despite promising feedback on numerous occasions. Absolutely horrific customer service would highly recommend people to never use this insurance company!
