Lack of customer service

I applied for a life insurance policy through the company and as per the policy schedule I submitted a cancelation with in the first 30 days. Nothing has been done and even after 4 months of chasing up with them on when I will be giving my credit of premiums that was deducted nobody from telesure has even bothered to come back to me.
As an insurers I would strongly suggest that people be warned of the lack of customer service that this company offers.
