Ridiculous offe

Hi

After the hassle of making calls, submitting all the necessary documents, meeting up with the assessor all at my own expense... John Dadswell now makes me a 50% offer on the cheapest quotation that I submitted (I don't know where he thinks the rest of the money is going to come from to fix my car). This is ridiculous and I will not settle for it as it will not fix my car to the state that it was in prior to the accident when their client bumped into my vehicle.

I thought this matter would be solved amicably and without any further hassles considering the inconvenience that I've been put through without the use of my vehicle.

I have no choice but to refer this matter to my attorney.
