Twice as Nice on FNB Budget

To whom it may concern,

I have been waiting since December, to start receiving the double ebucks on my fnb creditcard budget facility.
As I received an email in November promoting this Twice as Nice thing, and I'm an existing credit card holder, i expected to be receiving the double portion.

When this did not happen in December, I waited till January, again nothing. I then proceeded to email and query this, however, the response I obtained was that there is a "CRITERIA" - "Only people who received a special separate email are eligible". I followed up by reading all the terms and conditions available to me, no where is this "criteria" specified. I firmly believe that promoting something publicly but not specifying that there are only a select few eligible is false advertising. I sent all this in a response email, which was promptly forwarded to a different department, and i have not heard anything since (this was almost a week ago now).

Any clarification on this regard would be very helpful thanks.
