FNB SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE HER WORKING FOR

I had 2 debits that when off my account which I had cancellation letter to proof, so on Saturday I went to FNB in Southgate and was assist by a very nice black lady, then spoke wasn't sure so she approached a lady sitting close by so called {team leader}, how was so rude and didn't want to help at all you could see in her face. she gave me this dirty look and walked up to me and didn't even greet and told me they can not reverse my 2 debit orders when I saw this behavior I told her I'm going to report her she told me she don't care and as she turn and walked away from me she call me a, so now I don't want anything to do with this bank, I want my account cancelled.
