I needed to replace my screen for a Samsung S3 and it first took me about 15 emails and various calls to establish how the process works- since the relevant party either didn't answer for 3-4 days and I was unable to reach him at the call centre (other consultants had no clue how to assist me), or he failed to address half the issues in my email.
After an entire week of this, I called and asked for the team leader to contact me but he didn't bother calling me back either. Most of the correspondence at this stage was being sent to 3 different email addresses, yet nobody felt the need to address my frustration and follow up on my queries.

Once I submitted the proof of payment for my claim, I was told it would take 3-4 working days to process.
Of course this did not happen either. It has been more than a week and I am still waiting for the refund, once again having followed up twice and having received no response from anybody.

I struggle to grasp why a simple claim needs to cause me so much frustration, when I pay you on a monthly for this precise service
