I damaged my phone last week and started the whole claim process on the 8th of August already but my phone has still not being collected for repairs. Finrite doesn't call or anything, i had to call to ask whether they received my claim and they told me they tried calling but my number was on voice mail, i didn't receive the voicemail from them though. Then they told me they would come collect my phone 3 days ago, which didn't happen, they didn't even bother calling me and when i called them they told me they have a problem with my address. I confirmed the address again and they told me they were gonna collect the phone yesterday before close of business. So instead of me knocking off at work at my usual time i waited for them until 5pm, no one bothered to call me to say they won't be coming anymore. I don't know what to do anymore because clearly calling them is pointless because i will only get empty promises.
