More than a week for confirmation of issue

I applied for a loan a week ago. i was asked to email through proof of address. which i did, a few times. i was then asked a few days ago, to please send the original email. which i also did. a few times. i have even faxed through the proof of address, a few times.

I have almost twice a day for three days emailed the proof of address. With promises everyday to call me and let me know if they were accepted. I was even told that the Team Leader would call me back yesterday. That did not happen. I think his name was Raugeeb. That didnt happen.

I called this morning. Only to be told that they have issues with the pdf attachment. I have told them that is how i get it. I am just forwarding it on to them.

I need this to be resolved asap.
