I am highly disgusted and disappointed with the service and claim process.

I Have been a loyal customer for over a year with this company.
Have never missed a premium or never claimed.

On the 27th of August a claim for my cell phone was summited.
I was told all I need to do was fill in a form and summit back . (24 hr mobility). Which I did,

Than I was told I would have feedback within 24 hours from Finrite Insurance Administrators. No feedback was received

I than phone after 3 days to find out how far was my claim was (Finrite). I was told that documents where missing (So if I didn't phone than I would still be waiting) Great customer service.
On top of that I spoke to a Lady Name Shamel Meyer, How do you have someone with no phone etic working on the phone, Shocking. I have the recording of that conversation if you would prefer.
The claim has now been declined after almost 3 weeks.
What sadness me is in the manner I was treated. This was the first claim I have ever put through. But by all means not very easy.
Asking for the compliance officer contact details. I was told in a very harsh manner that "I don't know them".
