All I received from FNB was boring automated emails, telling me what I already know, which just "Beeped" my emotions higher.
Not even a single phone call apology was received!!!
I switched my salary manually with my company, as FNB is just to slow and only received receipt of my request days after, it was already done by myself
As for my Ebucks card. All i get is automated 21 day emails about delivery. To be honest I already lost interest in this product!!!
Maybe they should hire Steve from "Beep Bank" to work on their customer retentions
My 2013 has been Beeped by FNB, however I hope they can make me feel better and make my experience with them a happy one.
