Deducted money, but there were no loan Ref 928647

Money (R2080) was deducted from a person which never made a loan from them, I phoned yesterday left 3 messages and emailed yesterday and today and still no response.

FNB refused to send debit order back under we have written confirmation from WONGA.

What must I do to get Wonga to contact us.
