Just been beeped by FNB

I am registered with FNB for e-bucks and I am being beeped by would you like to take a guess jip the bank that accuses every other bank of beeping their clients. I am registered with e-bucks however I am not getting my 15% back on e-bucks for my fuel. Now they say terms and conditions. How in the are we meant to understand this and why didn't the consultant inform me of this. For the last year I have kept complaining only now do they tell me oh I am so stupid because I can't understand their complicated e-bucks reward so they just keep on beeping their poor old clients. FNB just one word of advice don't throw stones at the other banks until you are honest with your clients. So shove your e- bucks where the sun don't shine cause it is all a lie.
