INCOMPETENCE OF INSURERS

I have put in a claim for my car as I had an accident on the 29th December 2013. I was told that it's a write off and have submitted all the documentation required. What saddens me is that, my car is still not settled at the Finance House and I am without a car. The assessor was very quick to get my car in for salvage, but nothing has been done to pay off the car that was taken from me. They have to settle the bank as I am in the process of buying another car but I am unable to afford paying two car instalments a month. I have been trying to get a response, from Indwe - but nothing has happened. instead, I am told that my claim is with the underwriter.

I don't have a car and need to take taxis to work because of your incompetence. I have been paying my insurance for the past 3 years and have never claimed... so to be treated like this unacceptable!
